1. Notification of Copyright Infringement

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using our service that are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent identified below.

If you are a copyright owner, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through the service by delivering a notice to our Designated Agent containing:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, including information reasonably sufficient to locate it (such as specific URL links).
• Your contact information (address, telephone number, and email).
• A statement of good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner.
• A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification to our Designated Agent that includes:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the material that has been removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in the district where you live (or, if outside the U.S., the Central District of California), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification or an agent of such person.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

In appropriate circumstances, we will terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly or flagrantly infringe the copyrights of others.

5. Misrepresentation

Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be liable for damages. Please consider whether use of the material may be protected by fair use or another defense before submitting a notice.
